Standard Opening Times

Tickets are available for dates from 1st April onwards.

Gates open: 2pm – Gates close: 5pm

Please note: Check our events page for special event days opening times as these may differ.

If visiting the Garden you are welcome to come anytime from 2pm. Your tour time slot is your entry time to the house,  you are welcome to arrive to enjoy the garden prior to your tour from 2pm.

Chenies Manor House Tour

Our knowledgeable Guides are here to take groups on guided tours around the house.   The tour explores Chenies history  through the stories of the people who have lived here.   

Tour duration: 45 minutes
Tour departs: every 15 minutes.

Please note that if you purchased a ticket for House entry, a tour or event you are not entitled to cancel your purchase.

Your contract for the purchase of ticket(s) is formed once we have sent you a confirmation of purchase and will expire immediately after the completion of the event for which you have purchased ticket(s).

The price of the tickets will be as displayed on the website.

The sale or other issuance of any Ticket is final and non-refundable except as outlined below:

  • If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of the value of the ticket.
  • If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets should be valid. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, then you are entitled to a full refund.
